Owns the running order and the shot. Calls the cuts, keeps the pace and makes the decisions nobody in the room should have to think about.
The studio comes with the people who run it.
A rigged space is only half of a production. Book our studio and you also book a director, a vision mixer, camera operators and a sound engineer who have worked live together — so the show that goes out looks like it was made by a broadcaster, not assembled on the day.
Rigged, lit and tested before you walk in
Nothing gets built on your time. Lighting is set, cameras are matched, audio is line-checked and the stream is already talking to your platform by the time your first guest arrives.
- Set and backdrop — LED wall, plain cyclorama or green screen with a virtual set
- Presenter positions — seated interview, standing presentation or a round-table
- Hair, make-up and green-room space for the people who are about to be on camera
- Client seats in the gallery so you can watch the programme feed as it goes out
What is in the room
The house rig covers most shows outright. Anything beyond it we bring in for the day — say the word and it will be on the plan.
Working to a specific technical rider? Send it over — we will confirm line by line what the house kit covers and what we hire in.
Who is in the building on the day
A live crew is a set of roles, not a headcount. This is the standard team for a studio day; we scale it up or down to fit the show.
Drives the switcher, builds the graphics and keys, and holds the signal chain together from camera to stream.
Framing, focus and reframes on the director's call — including the reaction shot you only get if somebody was already looking for it.
Rigs the mics, rides the mix and solves the rustling-jacket problem before the audience ever hears it. Audio is what people notice.
Watches bitrate, health and the platform side of the stream — and switches to the backup path before anyone at home sees a buffer wheel.
Looks after the people on camera: cues, counts, water, nerves. The reason speakers arrive flustered and go on air composed.

How a studio day actually runs
Pre-light and check
We are in early. Rig set, cameras matched, mics tested and the stream keyed up before your call time.
Guests in, mics on
Floor manager settles your speakers, fits radio mics and walks them through what will happen and when.
Full rehearsal
A run of the real thing — slides, VTs, remote guests, the lot — so the first take is never the first attempt.
On air, then handover
We run the show, then hand over the programme file, the ISOs and any cut-downs while you are still in the building.
Before you book
Can we come and see the studio first?
Yes, and we would rather you did. A recce takes half an hour and answers more questions than any quote. We will walk the set, talk through your format and show you the gallery.
Do you stream to more than one platform at once?
Yes. The same programme feed can go simultaneously to YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, a Teams or Zoom event and your own webcast platform. Tell us the destinations in advance so we can test each ingest during rehearsal.
What happens if something fails during the show?
Every camera records locally as well as feeding the switcher, the uplink has a bonded mobile fallback, and there are spare radio channels rigged and tested. A failure becomes a moment the crew handles, not a moment your audience sees.
Can you make it look like our brand?
That is the point of the LED wall and the green screen. Send us your brand guidelines and we will build the backdrop, lower thirds, stings and holding slides to match, then show you a mock-up before the day.
Do you work in Dutch and English?
Yes — the crew works in both, and we regularly run shows with mixed language panels and multilingual speakers.
What do we get afterwards, and when?
The programme recording is available the same day. Clean camera ISOs and any edited versions — highlights, chapters, social cut-downs — follow on the schedule we agree in the proposal.
Let's check your date
Send the date and a couple of lines about the show. You will get availability, a proposed crew and a fixed price — usually within one working day.
