Privacy policy
Short version: this site collects nothing except what you type into the contact form, and that is only used to answer you.
What we collect
The only personal data this website gathers is what you enter into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, optionally your company name and preferred date, and the message you write. We use it to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a quotation.
What we do not do
- No advertising or tracking cookies are set by this site
- No analytics profiling of individual visitors
- Your details are never sold or passed to third parties for marketing
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to handle your request and to meet Dutch administrative and tax obligations for any work that follows. After that they are deleted.
Hosting
This site is served as static files by GitHub Pages. Like any web server, GitHub records standard request data such as IP addresses in its own logs; see the GitHub Privacy Statement for details. We have no access to that data beyond aggregate traffic figures.
Form handling
Because the site is static, the enquiry form is delivered either through a third-party form service or directly by email from your own mail client. In both cases the content goes only to M2VIDEO.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email info@m2video.nl and we will action it without fuss. If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
