02 — Streaming kit rental

Streaming kits that leave here already working.

Complete systems, not shopping lists. Every kit is built around one job, packed in a single case set, tested end to end and sent out with a printed patch sheet — so the first time you power it up is not the first time it has been switched on.

The kits

Three builds, one for each kind of day

Add-ons

Bolt anything on

Add these to any kit when you book. They travel in the same delivery.

An operator

Someone from our crew comes with the kit, rigs it, runs it and packs it down. The safest way to rent if nobody on your team has done live before.

Extra camera channel

A fourth or fifth angle with its own operator or a locked-off wide, patched into the same switcher and recorded clean.

Screens and playback

Confidence monitors for speakers, a teleprompter, or screens for the room fed from the same programme output.

Drone

Aerial coverage, live into the switcher or recorded for the edit. Flown by a licensed pilot with the permits arranged.

Bonded uplink

Add the bonding encoder and data to the solo or multicam kit when you cannot trust the venue's connection — and you rarely can.

Same-week edit

Highlights, chapter cuts and vertical social versions from the recordings, delivered while the event is still worth posting about.

How rental works

From enquiry to case in your hands

Tell us the job

Dates, venue, how many angles and where the stream has to land. We check the kit calendar the same day.

Confirm and reserve

You get an itemised quote and a hold on the dates. The kit is booked out of the calendar once you confirm.

Handover or delivery

Collect from us with a walk-through, or we deliver and rig on site. Either way the kit arrives tested, charged and labelled.

Support while you're live

A phone number that a person who knows the kit actually answers, for as long as you are on air.

Good to know

Rental terms in plain language

Can we rent without an operator?

Yes — dry hire is available on all three kits. We will ask a few questions about your experience first, and if we think the job needs an operator we will say so rather than let you find out live.

How is a rental day counted?

A day covers collection and return on working days. Weekend jobs are usually collected on Friday and returned on Monday for a single day rate — confirm it when you book so the calendar reflects it.

What about deposits and insurance?

A deposit or a company purchase order is standard, and the kit must be insured for its replacement value during the rental. If your business policy already covers hired-in equipment, send the certificate and that is enough.

Do you deliver and collect?

Yes, anywhere in the Netherlands, and further into Europe by arrangement. Delivery, rigging and de-rigging can be quoted separately or rolled into the total.

What if something breaks on site?

Call the support number. Most problems are solved on the phone in minutes; for anything else we get a replacement part to you as fast as the distance allows. Fair wear and tear is on us — accidents are what the insurance is for.

Can you also handle the streaming platform itself?

We can. Ingest set-up, a branded player page, restricted access for internal audiences and viewer statistics afterwards — see the live streaming services.

Need a kit for a specific date?

Send the dates and the venue. We will confirm what is free, what it costs, and whether the kit you asked for is really the one you need.
